How did Yesterday Go?
Yesterday was a busy day! After work I really had to hurry to get things done! The Running I am on a “down” week, recovering so my body can adapt to the last 3 weeks training and be ready for the next 3 weeks hard training. After the next 3 weeks, I’ll have a 2 week taper, then I’ll be running my first ultra, the East Fork 50K. I am looking forward to it, but the next 3 weeks are going to be a lot of work! ...
